Draft invoices from your store orders, on request

A separate invoicing product in the 4b2b ecosystem. If you explicitly enable the connection, orders from the store you build with 4shopy can create draft invoices in 4invoices, which you review and issue yourself.

  A store order can create a draft invoice in the invoicing product, with the customer data from the checkout.

Contracts with your suppliers, distributors or marketplace vendors are prepared and sent out for electronic signature in the contracts product; data is not pulled automatically from the store.

The store you build with 4shopy sends order alerts in the panel and by email. If you enable an SMS or WhatsApp channel and 4notify is configured on your account, the alerts can reach those channels too; 4notify is a separate product in the 4b2b ecosystem.

  Warehouse, delivery and customer-support staff get files, contracts and timekeeping in the HR product, with no parallel spreadsheets.

  Plan shifts for peak periods — Black Friday, holidays — directly in the HR product.

A separate bookings product in the 4b2b ecosystem. The booking widget can be shown on the store you build with 4shopy — for order pickup slots, showroom visits or product consultations — while the bookings themselves are managed in the bookings product.

The store you build with 4shopy has its own measurement tools: a product feed for Google Merchant Center, GA4 and Meta Pixel. You manage campaigns separately, in the marketing product of the 4b2b ecosystem, which does not automatically receive leads or orders from the store.

• Google Shopping feed

  Products are published to Google Merchant Center through a feed generated by the store.

• GA4 and Meta Pixel

  Measure visits and sales with Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, turned on from the store settings.

• Abandoned carts

  See abandoned carts in the panel; customers with an account can optionally receive reminders in their account.
