What you get with a 4shopy online store

Catalog with product variants
Products with variants (size, color), categories and filters, plus a fast cart. Add and edit products from the panel, no code.
Fast Stripe checkout
Take card payments in EUR through Stripe Checkout. Connect your Stripe account from the panel, and each payment's status shows next to its order.
Real-time stock and orders
Stock decreases automatically with every order. See orders and their statuses in panel.4shopy.net and mark shipments with one click.
Draft invoices via 4invoices (optional)

Delivery zones and pickup
Set delivery zones and rates yourself, and offer in-store pickup.
What is an online store?
An online store is a website that sells products directly to customers: the visitor picks products from the catalog, adds them to the cart and pays online, and the order lands in your admin panel. Unlike a marketplace (multiple independent sellers), an online store has a single seller: you.
Short answer — how you launch your online store
- Pick the store template and customize it in the visual editor — logo, colors, copy.
- Add your products with prices and stock, then connect payments through Stripe.
- Publish in one click: hosting and SSL are already configured; with the optional 4invoices bridge, paid orders can be sent as draft invoices.
Choose a theme
Start from a theme optimized for AI & GEO and customize it visually in the editor — publish the same day, with hosting and SSL included.

4shopy advantages for online stores
- You launch on your own, the same day — no agency, no developer, no implementation project.
- Small flat price, no per-transaction fees beyond the processor — on payments you only pay Stripe's fees.
- Optional draft invoices: with the 4invoices bridge connected, a paid order becomes a draft invoice in 4invoices. The shop itself does not issue legal invoices.
- Structured product pages: descriptions and JSON-LD (Product, Offer) on every product, with a sitemap and meta tags — by design.
- Real-time stock, orders and customers in the same panel as the store — no second system to buy or sync.
- Hosting included, and part of the 4b2b ecosystem — no plugin updates and no security worries.
Cons
We are transparent — here is where 4shopy is not yet the best online-store choice:
- No app store with thousands of extensions like Shopify — very specific features go through our team, not a 2-minute app install.
- Native online payments run through Stripe — other processors are connected on request, not from the panel.
- Invoices are not legal invoices from the shop: paid orders can be sent as draft invoices through the optional 4invoices bridge, and issuing happens in 4invoices — one extra step, by design.
- Very large catalogs (tens of thousands of products) or ERP sync, keep in mind there is no direct ERP connector: the catalog is imported by CSV and orders are exported as CSV.
4shopy vs Shopify vs WooCommerce vs PrestaShop
An honest comparison on the criteria that matter when launching an online store: total cost, time to launch, payments, invoicing and maintenance.
| Criterion | 4shopy | Shopify | WooCommerce | PrestaShop |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Total monthly cost | Small flat subscription, everything included | Subscription + separately paid apps | Free software, but you pay hosting, theme and plugins | Free software, but you pay hosting, modules and a developer |
| Platform fee on sales | No — only Stripe fees | Yes, unless you use Shopify Payments | No — only the processor's fees | No — only the processor's fees |
| Time to launch | Same day, from a template | Days | Days–weeks (technical setup) | Weeks (complex technical setup) |
| EUR payments via Stripe | Included — connect your Stripe account from the panel | Yes, with configuration | Yes, with a plugin and configuration | Yes, with a module and configuration |
| Draft invoices from orders | Optional 4invoices bridge: paid orders become draft invoices | Through third-party apps | Through third-party plugins | Through third-party modules |
| Technical maintenance | Included — hosting, SSL, updates | Included | On you — hosting, updates, security | On you — hosting, updates, module compatibility |
| Structured product data (JSON-LD) | Yes — Product and Offer on every product page | Depends on theme or apps | Depends on theme or plugins | Depends on theme or modules |
| Extension ecosystem | Optional connection to 4invoices and the 4b2b ecosystem | Huge — thousands of apps | Large — WordPress plugins | Large — modules, many paid |
Short verdict
Choose 4shopy when you want to launch your online store yourself, fast and at a small flat price — with Stripe payments, real-time stock, orders and optional draft invoices through the 4invoices bridge, all included. If your business depends on dozens of very specific third-party apps, Shopify remains the right pick; if you have your own technical team and want full control over the code, WooCommerce or PrestaShop.
Frequently asked questions about online stores
How much does an online store built with 4shopy cost?
You pay a small flat monthly subscription that includes the platform, hosting, SSL and updates — no implementation costs and no per-transaction platform fees. On payments you only add Stripe's processing fees. See current plans on the pricing page.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect any domain you already own (for example yourstore.com), or publish on a subdomain first and move the domain when ready. The SSL certificate is issued automatically for your domain.
How fast can I launch the online store?
The same day, if you start from the template: customize the design, add your first products and publish. A large catalog takes as long as uploading the products — the platform is ready from day one.
Is the store optimized for search engines?
Yes, by design: every product page has a structured description, JSON-LD data (Product, Offer), a sitemap and correct meta tags. Search engines read this structure, and AI answer engines can read it too, but no tool guarantees they will cite a page.
Can I edit products and pages myself after launch?
Yes. The visual editor in panel.4shopy.net works by clicking straight on an element: change copy, images, prices and sections anytime, without code. Stock and orders are managed from the same panel.
How are invoices issued for orders?
In two steps: if you connect your 4invoices account, a paid order can be sent there as a draft invoice. The shop itself does not issue legal invoices; the draft is completed and issued in 4invoices.
Your online store can be live today
Pick a store template, customize it in the visual editor and publish — Stripe payments, stock and orders are ready to set up from the panel, and, if you connect 4invoices, paid orders can be sent as draft invoices.
