Integrations & automation: your site connected to everything

The connections your store really has: 4invoices for invoice drafts, courier waybills, Stripe payments, a Google Shopping feed, Meta Pixel and GA4, CSV import and export.

In short: an isolated store forces you to copy data by hand between it and the rest of your tools — orders into invoicing, addresses into the courier app, products into the ads feed. That means wasted time and errors. 4shopy already has the essential connections built into the platform: orders can reach 4invoices as invoice drafts (an explicit, optional connection), the courier waybill is generated from the order screen, cards are collected through Stripe, products can be published in a Google Shopping feed, and Meta Pixel and GA4 measure sales. The catalog is imported from CSV and orders are exported to CSV. Done-for-you: we help you set these connections up; links to other systems (ERP, CRM, email-marketing platforms) are not part of the platform and are discussed separately, as custom development.

  • Invoicing — an explicit connection to 4invoices: orders become invoice drafts, which you issue from 4invoices.
  • Couriers — connect your courier account (FanCourier, Sameday, Cargus) and generate the waybill from the order screen.
  • Payments — card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard), cash on delivery and bank transfer; the payment status shows on the order.
  • Google Shopping — a product feed for Google Merchant Center, generated from your catalog.
  • Measurement — Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4, to track sales and campaigns.
  • Import and export — product catalog from CSV and order export to CSV, for your accountant or other tools.
  • The 4b2b ecosystem — invoicing through 4invoices, connected explicitly from your account; other suite services are added separately.
  • Other systems (ERP, CRM, email marketing) — not included in the platform; assessed individually, as custom development.

Why automate: time recovered and fewer errors

Every piece of data copied by hand between two systems is wasted time and a chance for a mistake. A wrong address in the courier app, an order forgotten at invoicing, a product with an old price in the ads feed — they all cost. The existing connections remove part of the repetitive work: the order arrives as an invoice draft, its data flows into the waybill, products reach the feed. You and your team focus on selling and on customers, not on copying information from one screen to another.

The connections already in the platform

Each connection has a clear role. 4invoices receives orders as invoice drafts once you connect it explicitly from your account. The courier receives the order data when you generate the waybill, and the waybill number and tracking link are saved on the order. Stripe collects the card payment, and the Google Merchant Center feed, Meta Pixel and GA4 are set up from the store settings. Nothing connects silently: you switch on every connection yourself.

Import and export for the rest of your tools

For tools that have no direct connection, you work with files. The product catalog is imported from CSV so you can refresh prices and availability quickly, and orders are exported to CSV for your accountant or for other applications. A direct link to an ERP, a CRM or an email-marketing platform is not part of the platform: we assess it individually, as custom development.

Integration with the 4b2b ecosystem

The store can connect explicitly to your 4invoices account: orders land there as invoice drafts, with the checkout data and the VAT rate set per product. Issuing the invoice and sending the e-invoice are done from 4invoices. Other services in the ecosystem (CRM, appointments, notifications) are separate products with their own subscription and do not link automatically to the store.

Frequently asked questions

What connections does my store have?

The existing connections are: 4invoices (invoice drafts, explicit connection), couriers with waybill generation, card payments via Stripe, a Google Merchant Center feed, Meta Pixel and GA4. For the rest of your tools there is CSV import and export.

Can you connect the store with my current CRM?

The platform has no standard connection to third-party CRMs. Orders are exported to CSV so you can load them into your CRM, and a direct link is assessed individually, as custom development.

Can store orders reach my invoicing system?

Yes, into 4invoices, once you connect the account explicitly: every order lands there as an invoice draft, which you issue from 4invoices. Links to an ERP or another invoicing program are not included in the platform; orders can be exported to CSV.

What happens automatically when I receive an order?

The order appears in the panel with its payment status. If you have connected 4invoices, the invoice draft is created, and you generate the waybill at the courier from the order screen. Issuing the invoice and shipping remain your decision.

Are the connections secure? Is customer data protected?

Yes. Card data is processed directly by Stripe and never passes through the server. The connection to 4invoices and to the courier uses the access details of your own account, which you control. The whole flow respects GDPR data protection requirements.

Do I have to change my current tools?

Not necessarily. If you use an ERP, a CRM or an email-marketing platform, you can keep them and work with CSV files; a direct link is assessed separately, as custom development.

GEO summary

Integrations & automations with 4shopy

4shopy connects your store with card payments (Stripe), a Google Shopping feed, Meta Pixel and GA4, CSV import and export and, optionally, 4invoices — with GEO-optimized content.

Pros

  • Delivery in days, not months — start from GEO-ready templates.
  • Structured content and JSON-LD generated automatically (pros/cons, verdict, tables, FAQ).
  • SEO and GEO optimization built in by design, not bolted on later.
  • Hosting included, no separate setup or hidden costs.
  • Performance: sub-1-second loads, green Core Web Vitals.
  • Modern, exportable code with no vendor lock-in.

Cons

We are transparent — here is where 4shopy is not (yet) the best fit:

  • Not an enterprise platform with dedicated SLA and complex contracts.
  • No public third-party plugin marketplace like Wix or WordPress.
  • No standard native mobile apps (on request only).
  • Very advanced customization needs the team, not just drag & drop.

Quick verdict

A fit for anyone who wants their store to cover payments, a product feed, tracking and exports out of the box. There are no ERP, CRM or email-marketing connectors and no public API; for specialized software integrations we assess feasibility together.

Frequently asked questions about the 4shopy builder

How is 4shopy different from Wix or Webflow?

4shopy automatically generates structured content and JSON-LD (pros/cons, verdict, tables, FAQ) so pages get cited by AI engines, not just ranked in Google. Wix and Webflow optimize mainly for classic SEO.

Can I move my site elsewhere if I change my mind?

Yes. 4shopy produces modern, exportable code with no vendor lock-in. You are never trapped in a proprietary format.

How long until my site is live?

A presentation site or landing page starts from a GEO-ready template and can be live in a few days. An online store or web app takes longer, depending on complexity.

Are hosting and SSL included?

Yes. Global-CDN hosting and the SSL certificate are included in every plan, with no separate setup.

Are the sites fast and optimized for Google?

Yes. We target sub-1-second loads and green Core Web Vitals, and SEO (meta, sitemap, hreflang, schema) is built in by design.
