4shopy is a website and shop builder: you assemble a website and an online shop, publish it on your own domain and take orders in your own panel. It builds your site and shop; it does not run your couriers or your accounts.
Cart and checkout on your own domain
Customers add products to a cart and check out on your site, not inside a marketplace listing. The order lands in your own panel with the customer's details attached.
Payments you switch on
Cash on delivery and bank transfer are there to enable on every plan. Online card payments through Stripe are part of the Plus plan and above, once you connect your Stripe account, and a merchant in Romania can also connect their own PayU or Netopia account.
Delivery zones and pickup
Define zones by county or postal-code prefix, each with a flat fee, and set a free-delivery threshold for the whole shop or for a single zone. Pickup at your own location is offered as a delivery choice and does not require a delivery address.
Courier adapters
For parcels that travel, the shop engine has adapters for Sameday, FAN Courier, Cargus, DPD and GLS, covering parcel labels and tracking. Live tariffs are available where the carrier supports them, and otherwise your own price table applies. You need your own contract and API credentials with each courier.
Orders, notifications and promotions
Orders move through new, confirmed, shipped, completed and cancelled, and every new order appears in your panel with the customer's details attached. Coupons and loyalty points are available, and a list of abandoned carts lets you send a reminder to the account of a logged-in customer.

Choose a starting point
Pick a template from the gallery. The drag-and-drop visual editor is included from the Plus plan, while on Start you change content and settings from the panel. A site can run as a presentation site, a catalogue without a cart or a full shop, and every plan lets you switch between the three.
Add your products and prices
Enter products, photos, categories and variants in the panel. The Start plan holds 100 products, and the higher plans hold more.
Set payments and delivery
Turn on the payment methods you want, draw your delivery zones, set fees and the free-delivery threshold, and decide whether customers may collect in person.
Connect your domain and publish
Hosting and an SSL certificate are included. You can connect a domain you already own, or order a web domain as an add-on; each plan covers one site and one connected custom domain.

What to know before you start
- 4shopy builds your website and online shop. It is not an accounting system or a warehouse system.
- Delivery fees are flat per zone or method, set by weight, or taken live from a courier tariff. There is no pricing by distance.
- Card payments through Stripe are part of the Plus plan and above, after you connect your Stripe account; on Start you can still take cash on delivery and bank transfer.
- Orders can create a draft invoice if you have a 4invoices account and switch that on. It is a draft for you to review, not an automatic e-invoice submission.
- Since 1 August 2025 Romania has a standard VAT rate of 21% and a single reduced rate of 11%. Ask your accountant which one applies to your products.
- Romanian rules for distance sales give consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal, with exceptions listed in the law, so check your return settings against what you sell.
